We made an offer!! Both the seller and the buyer(thats us) have agreed on a contract for this home. Lets hope it all goes through!!! Our closing date is the 19th of June! Nine days after we are to be out of our current home. "Hello Mom. Dad. Can we stay with you?!"
Oh, that's so exciting! And must be such a relief! The 9 days...you'll deal with it. At least it has an endpoint and you will know where you are going. :) Can't wait to come see it.

ReplyDeleteErin- You are always welcome! We will have a guest bedroom and bathroom too. And the deck and birdies are amazing! Among the common birds, I have also heard chickadees and saw a black- headed grosbeak perform a sing and fly show. The yard list is started!!!!!
