for the first tomato of the season .... and this is an Early Girl.
Home grown tomatoes, home grown tomatoes
What would life be like without homegrown tomatoesOnly two things that money can't buy
That's true love and home grown tomatoes.
John Denver, 'Home Grown Tomatoes'
Love the perspective of this photo! Tomatoes have suffered this year, even yards with sun. John Denver has some great lyrics. We especially like "Grandma's Feather Bed" and "The Marvelous Toy".
ReplyDeleteThis season has been terrible for everything in our garden-blasted hail!!! At least we will have pumpkins with pox!
ReplyDeleteI love the picture!
ReplyDeleteTink/Lisa: Yes John Denver has great lyrics! I am happy to hear that other tomato growers are having issues. Its just that the tomato is only an inch in diameter and I only have....one.
ReplyDeleteLeah: Thanks!
Beautiful scenery & photography. Looks like a great trip!
